研究紹介

1.老化関連疾患におけるエクソソームとマイクロRNAの機能解明とバイオマーカー探索

 細胞から分泌される膜小胞(エクソソーム)とマイクロRNAに着目し、がん、認知症等老化関連疾患における機能解明およびバイオマーカー探索を行っている。

2. エクソソームによる老化関連疾患の診断法の開発

 エクソソームによるがん、認知症等老化関連疾患の新規診断法の開発およびその臨床応用を目指した研究を行っている。

3. 食品成分による老化関連疾患の予防

 食品成分による認知機能低下と筋萎縮の予防の実現に向けた基礎・応用研究を行っている。

4. 分子状水素の作用機序の解明

 分子状水素の作用機序と標的分子の解明を目指した研究を行っている。
